In this digital age, millennials form a big part of the talent pool in the new workforce. It is common for them to research potential employers via platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.

To better then, companies can adopt several moves:

1. Build strong employer branding through your company website, Facebook or LinkedIn page. Create purpose-driven Mission and Vision statements with a corporate video to advocate your corporate values or social cause.

2. Company culture is big with millennials. Where possible, showcase the culture on your social media – staff activities, privileges, facilities etc.

3. Demonstrate thought leadership in your areas of expertise or industry. By writing articles or reviews regularly on current affairs and news or sharing updates on your corporate events. You can also post live feeds or videos to report real-time happenings for those who follow your company.
